NoMad 2.0 encap archive (glibc)
Creating new packages
Not too difficult, but you do need to halfway know what you're doing. Definately
be familiar with how encap works. Most things come with configure and that makes
it real easy.
configure --prefix=/usr/local/encap/packagename
make
make install
